In 2013, GOEX Corporation hired an architect to design a manufacturing facility using a pre-engineered metal building system. Instead of bidding the project as a metal building system, Newcomb quoted insulated concrete tilt-up panels. The financial return to GOEX has been significant, and both GOEX and the community of Janesville have an aesthetically pleasing, architecturally designed, and easily maintained facility on the main stretch into town.
