Since 1992, Newcomb Construction has been Wisconsin's leader in concrete tilt-up construction. We have engineered and built over 100 concrete tilt-up buildings and have received twelve Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) Achievement Awards. Our most recent award is a result of our work and building construction of the Blackhawk Church located in Fitchburg, WI.

In 2020 we were recognized with The Murray Parker Memorial Award.  This accolade recognizes companies who significantly contribute to the growth of the tilt-up industry where no standard had previously existed. Recipients are companies whose innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, and leadership serve to introduce tilt-up into new markets, regions or applications, and where efforts raise the bar for the entire industry. We're very proud of this achievement and our affiliation with the Tilt-Up Concrete Association.

Newcomb Construction has been a member of the TCA since 1993. As a contracting member of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association, there's a long list of benefits such as awards programs, networking, education, certification, etc., however, it is more appropriate to organize membership benefits under two core guiding principles or objectives.

·         Advocating and promoting concrete tilt-up construction.

·         Providing opportunities and tools to improve concrete tilt-up construction.

These have been the guiding principles that developed Newcomb's project delivery methods, quality control, and safety programs specific to concrete tilt-up construction.

"As a TCA Company with over 29 years' experience, we commit to ongoing compliance with the industry standards set forth in the TCA Company Certificate Program policies and procedures manual. Furthermore, it is our commitment to not simply meet these industry standards, but to exceed them and strive to produce a high-quality product in a safe and professional manner for the benefit of our business, employees, and most importantly our customers," states President of Newcomb Construction, Bret Newcomb.

The company membership benefits our professional staff of experts as well, who are able to pursue training opportunities and industry specific certificate credentials as a Tilt-Up Supervisor and Technician. This certificate program is designed to assess the knowledge and skills of experienced field supervisors in the tilt-up industry. The tilt-up supervisor is critical to the success of the project and these type of training and technical certificates assure Newcomb's projects are built to be cost effective, safe, and at a high level of quality.

When we combine our affiliation with the TCA, a company commitment to meet or exceed industry standards, and trained industry professionals, building quality increases and costs decrease. This ultimately transfers TCA membership benefits to our customers. That is why Newcomb Construction is proud to be a member of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association and committed to extending the advantages of custom built concrete tilt-up buildings.
